Downtown Brooklyn is getting yet another new hotel. The lot at 125 Flatbush Avenue extension, where work began last month, will play host to a Hampton Inn, according to construction signage at the site. It will be 13-stories and have 116 rooms. This joins Hotel 718, Aloft, and the planned hotel by Flank. [Brownstoner]
