Village Studio With Huge Skylight, Tiny Kitchen Asks $650K

New, 25 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Located at 23 West 9th Street, this studio apartment is located on the top floor of a four-story co-op building, and it's currently on the market for $650,000. There's not much room to run around, but the place was recently renovated and a huge skylight and two large windows let in a lot of natural light. The teeny tiny kitchen, which has about enough room to assemble a sandwich, was upgraded with Liebherr refrigerator and marble counter tops. There's also a wood-burning fireplace and a private roof, though it's not pictured in the listing. If a studio isn't big enough, the brokerbabble says the place "combines beautifully" with apartment 4F, also currently on the market, to make a "two-bedroom full-floor penthouse."
