Conversion Update-o-Rama

New, 5 comments

Magnum Real Estate Group, the development company operated by Ben Shaoul, recently acquired 22 floors of the Verizon building at 140 West Street (also known as the Barclay-Vesey Building), with plans for a residential conversion of the space. Details are still sparse, but we know one thing more: that residential conversion will be designed by architect Ismael Leyva. His other projects include The Charles, that long-stalled condo on the Upper East Side, and 460 Washington; this will be his third project with Magnum. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
