Broome Street Co-op With Curved Skylight Asks $2.45 Million

New, 21 comments

There are a number of unexpected finds in this 1BR loft at 428 Broome Street/41 Crosby Street. The most noticeable, of course, is the "original curved honey-comb sky light," but there are more: two mezzanines that add about 700 square feet to the space, a laundry room, and what the brokerbabble refers to as "excessively large closets." Could any closet in New York City truly be considered excessively large? It's a question for the ages. These excessively large closets, and the apartment in which they reside, are asking $2.45 million, plus a monthly maintenance of $1,700.
