The institution filed plans yesterday with the Board of Standards and Appeals, and a tipster pulled out some helpful numbers from the documents: "Nearly 500,000 square feet of space. 152 feet tall. 327 employees. 1548 daily visitors. 260 vehicle trips daily. 1,023 parking spaces. 318 workers and 23 trucks in and out daily during the four year construction phase."
