It's listed for just under $8 million, and the brokerbabble says "Everything is new and ready for you." Perfect! It has three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a sitting room. The building's 14th Street location is chaotic, but this unit is located on the 11th and 12th floors, so that's probably high enough for the Union Square drum circles and constant traffic noise to not disturb you on your new terrace. Right?
