220 St. Nicholas Avenue is Back and Renting From $3K/Month

New, 15 comments

Three cheers for 220 St. Nicholas Avenue, a building that persevered through the worst of the bust times and has, Harlem Bespoke informs us, finally shown up with some listings. At our last check in late August, developers Cobby and Justin Gorjian had purchased the building?which had entered the foreclosure process and gone up for auction?and reimagined it as rentals. They brought in architect Jeffrey Cole to finish the job, and now five apartments are available, asking between $3,000/month and and $8,000/month. There are 14 units total, each with keyed elevator access and private outdoor space, but that upper number is still quite a monthly price for a 2BR, 2BA.
