New East 70th Street Development Releases First Units

New, 4 comments

A year ago, the nine-story, eight-unit development at 234 East 70th Street was nearing completion, and now the first units in the building have hit the market. BuzzBuzzHome spotted the listings on Corcoran. Both are 1,470-square-feet 2BR/2BA full-floor units with Juliet balconies, of which there are six in the building, and they are listed for $1.89 million and $1.85 million. The building also has a duplex penthouse and a duplex garden unit.

The homes have keyed elevator entry, 7" wide plank hardwood floors and kitchens with Poggenpohl cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, and porcelain tile floors. Designed by Aufgang + Subotovsky Architecture and Planning, the building has a black granite facade, and there's a common rooftop deck and storage.
