TRIBECA?Franklin Place came back from the dead earlier this year, and sales seem to have slowed down a bit. The building surpassed 80 percent sold in July, and reps say it's still hanging steady around that mark it's now nearly sold out; only three units remain. FLUSHING?The Queens Museum (which recently dropped "of Art" from its name) broke ground on a $68 million expansion in 2011, and they have now set an open date: November 9. Grimshaw Architects created the new galleries, artists studios, and event spaces, which double the museum's size, and they will all be open for a month of special exhibits.
