After Hurricane Sandy destroyed the mechanicals of 110 Wall Street, building owner Rudin Management released all tenants while repairs were made. There was talk that Rudin might convert the building, but it looks like that may fall to WeWork, an office-rental company that could lease the entire 27-story building. They would open an office on the lower floors and create rental micro apartments on the higher floors. If it happens, it would be WeWork's first foray into the residential market.
