Landlord Ken Podziba is finally allowed to evict Amy Parness from her rent-stabilized unit at 250 Elizabeth Street. The two have been battling in court because Parness made unauthorized alterations to her apartment and then rented it out on Airbnb. Parness evaded eviction on a technicality in August, but she allegedly violated her court order of only allowing immediately family in her home, so Podziba is able to kick her to the curb?but only after he pays her a $12,500 nuisance fee.
