Mayoral candidate Bill de Blasio might be in a bit of trouble with the city Conflicts of Interest Board after failing to disclose rental income on a property he and his wife own in Park Slope. A de Blasio spokesperson claimed that there is no income to disclose, since the building, formerly owned by de Blasio's mother, lost money, but city law says otherwise. So, in this case, "a bit of trouble" probably just means he'll have to refile that part of it and the Conflicts of Interest Board will wag its finger at him while peering over the top of its reading glasses.
