West Side Rag takes stock of all the action happening on West 62nd Street, where Fordham's new law school building/dorm and a 54-story rental tower courtesy of Glenwood Management are both rising. The exterior of the university building is complete, with a swooping off-white facade for the first nine stories and 13 glassy floors above housing 430 undergrad rooms.
