As expected, Asser Levy Place is going to get turned into a park. It's part of a package promised by the city because the United Nation's new snooze-tastic office tower is eating up part of Robert Moses Playground. A study found that the East Side is way jealous of the West Side's sweet parks, but we wonder if a two-block swath parallel to the FDR Drive will help ameliorate that. [DNAinfo]
