Eight months after chef Marcus Samuelsson (of Harlem's Red Rooster) closed on a West 120th Street townhouse, his broker is alleging that Samuelsson and his wife never paid the commission on the sale. The couple paid $2.895 million for the 4,650-square-foot renovated townhouse, and the seller's broker, according to the lawsuit, received a six percent commission. But buyer's broker Laurent Delly, who says he was the "substantial procuring cause" of the sale, allegedly didn't receive his half of the commission, about $75,000. [NYP; previously]
