Remember a few months ago when The Atelier asked a whopping $85 million for a ten-bedroom apartment on the 45th floor? Well, like an attention-seeking child, the Midtown building/cathouse with a sales record of $2.11 million is trying to shock (and maybe even disgust) New York yet again. This time, they're listing a triplex encompassing the 24th, 25th, and 25th floors for an equally eyebrow-raising $25 million. Seriously, cut it out, Atelier.
