Japanese investment firm Mitsui Fudosan has sold the 21-story office building at 100 William Street for $170 million. Manulife—a Canadian insurance and financial services firm—was the buyer, paying $10 million less than Mitsui Fudosan, who bought the building in 2007. However, the building remained one-third vacant until last year, when it finally filled up. [TRD]
