Isaac & Stern cannot be stopped. After it was announced last week that they would be designing two five-story buildings in Prospect Heights as well as two church-to-condo conversion travesties in Crown Heights and Bushwick and a bland, boxy rental building in Crown Heights, news comes, via Brownstoner, that the next recipient of the architectural firm's artistic vision will be Greenpoint. The firm is designing a six-story, 50-unit apartment building with 35,868 square feet of residential space for 72 Box Street. Which might actually be the perfect street for one of their buildings, name-wise. [Brownstoner; previously]
