Chalk another one up for Citi Bike; the bike share and Department of Transportation won another legal battle. A Greenwich Village co-op at 175 West 13th Street sued over the placement of 39-dock station because they argued it was placed in a driving lane, but the lane is just a curb lane used for parking every day except Sunday, so vehicles regularly interrupted the traffic flow. The judge said the fact that drivers used it when no cars were parked there is "irrelevant." [NYP; previously]
