One Morningside Park has topped out and the facade is going on. Courtesy of architects GF55 Partners, we can see the progress that's been made at 240 Manhattan Avenue since the 22-story tower was but a few floors high back in the spring. For the construction wonks out there, some prefab panels, by the same manufacturer who did those for the Mercedes House, are currently being installed, while the dark gray brick of the bottom is also is place. Next steps: the light-colored cantilevered tower atop the base. As for the interiors, they house one- through three-bedrooms, with terraces on some of the units?check out the renders for more specs and views. According to StreetEasy, there are 9 active listings and 17 apartments in contract; units only hit the market in August. Prices for available apartments range from $610,000 for a 1BR/1BA on the sixth floor to $2,214,000 for a 3BR/2BA with a balcony on the 17th. No word yet on pricing or availability for the full-floor penthouses on the 21st and 22nd floors, which could very well be Harlem condo record-setters.
