Jared Kushner, along with a few other developers, made a deal to buy six Dumbo buildings from the Jehovah's Witnesses this summer, and more details have been revealed about the development plans. Kushner et. al plan to turn the 1.2 million-square-feet of buildings into at least 50 percent tech offices and rezone other parts to be, oh yes, residential. The $100 million plan also calls for 150,000-square-feet of retail, rooftop terraces, and space for 5,000 bikes. This will be fun. [WSJ; previously]
