Far West Side landlords are, unsurprisingly, pumped about the long-awaited 7 train extension to Tenth Avenue. With its opening possible as early as summer 2014, developers (especially Related) are snapping up parcels in the area, counting on the transit link to draw tenants, residents, and tourists to the oodles of under-development office, retail, and other space up for grabs in Hudson Yards.
