New Box O' Condos Tops Out At 27 Wooster Street In Soho

New, 6 comments

It's been more than a year and half since Curbed checked in on the box of condos coming to 27 Wooster Street, and much progress has been made. The building's 16 units are not yet on the market, but the Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed structure recently topped out. A tipster sent along the photo at left, and New York YIMBY posted the image on the right. The facade will be clad in metal and glass, and the interiors will be designed by Thomas Juul Hansen. The building's offering plan has not yet been approved, but sources tell us that units will be priced around $2,500 per square foot. Raphael De Niro and Leonard Steinberg of Douglas Elliman will be marketing the building, and they hope to launch sales in early 2014.

Other than the interior designer, there's no new details about the units, but that duplex penthouse with an outdoor pool is still happening.
