An increasing amount of New York's most expensive real estate is being bought up by wealthy Russian investors, but those investors often need more than just a broker to complete the purchase. Enter "international real estate consultant" Gennady Perepada, who shepherds his clients through the city, "bend[ing] New York to their will." For example, he tells the Times, "Deliver baby?
