Two Trees' 32-story tower for the BAM Cultural District is officially becoming a reality; the developer filed a new building plan with the Department of Buildings. It's still pending, but it gives a few more details about the building. The plan exam calls for 381 units, not the previously reported 300, and it shows that the project, called BAM South, will have 83 underground parking spaces, storage for 196 bikes, plus a movie theater and dance studios in part of the cultural space.
