'Dance On the Clouds' In This $23.5M Time Warner Condo

New, 20 comments

Unit 71C in the Time Warner Center tower at 80 Columbus Circle has been trying to find a buyer since April 2010. No one picked it up when it was first listed for $18.5 million, so, naturally, the seller upped the price to $25 million. That didn't work either, but the owners are not giving up hope. The 3,168-square-foot condo has once again returned to market, with the slightly reduced price of $23.5 million, and some seriously jazzed up brokerbabble:

If Columbus lived in an apartment like this he could see the new World without getting out of bed! Soaring 71 stories above all of Central Park and the entire New York City skyline you can survey the breathtaking panoramic vistas from river to river and almost dance on the clouds just outside your floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap this spectacular condominium... The babble touts a renovation, which, based on old photos, clearly happened after the original 2010 listing, and it sneaks in a promo for the Time Warner shopping center: "Custom closets were created to make plenty of room for all the haute couture you may acquire at the convenient shopping mall tucked underneath this tower residence."
