To go along with its previous batch of absurd, mind-boggling renderings and its ridiculous, brain-leaking-out-your-ears floorplans, the $130 million five-story apartment in the River House has released some fresh renderings. The newly pictured rooms include an enormous marble foyer, a bathroom the size of Milwaukee, a theatre, and a tennis court located inside the apartment. The reason that there's a tennis court inside of the apartment is that the apartment used to be the prestigious 82-year-old building's social club. And how do the other residents feel about losing their social club? Not so good. 40 of the building owners, including Henry Kissinger, sent a letter to the co-op board in October voicing their stern disapproval.
