Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
This studio apartment in Brooklyn Heights' charming Joralemon Street may be small, but that doesn't stop it from packing in the prewar details, such as tin ceilings, a decorative fireplace (which, weirdly, is completely different colors in the two pictures of it), and original flooring. It's marketed as a 1BR due to its sleeping loft and, while the sleeping loft couldn't be called a full bedroom by any stretch of the imagination, it does make the place better than a regular old studio without a sleeping loft (with a walk-in closet underneath it). It's asking only $335,000.
