Construction has stalled on phase two of Downtown Brooklyn megaproject City Point after Albee Development failed to pay several contractors and over 120 workers walked off the site, according to New York YIMBY. The developers say that they have already changed concrete contractors and that "construction continues apace and all contractors are being paid in a timely manner." The Brooklyn Supreme Court blocked the removal of the previous contractor's construction equipment, though, so the problems are clearly not over. [YIMBY; previously]
