Hudson Yards Towers Get Addresses, New Renderings

New, 28 comments

It's been nine months since any new renderings have come out of the Hudson Yards megaproject, so to keep our interest, a few new images of Kohn Pedersen Fox's north and south towers have been released. The visuals, spotted by New York YIMBY, come with new, official names/addresses for the first four buildings: 10 Hudson Yards, 15 Hudson Yards, 30 Hudson Yards, and 35 Hudson Yards. Extell already claimed One Hudson Yards for a different tower (though Related promptly bought it from them). The south tower, which is currently under construction (and angering the neighbors with 24/7 work), is no. 10, while the 1,337-foot-tall north tower is no. 30. The Hudson Yards website now also lists available space within the office towers.

The new renderings come just a week before a new 8-day exhibit will be opening at the Time Warner Center on December 5th. From press materials, it sounds like the exhibit will be similar to what the Center for Architecture hosted, but reps say this one will be "more interactive." There will be new models and new videos on display, as well as new renderings and construction photos. Developer Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group are sponsoring the exhibit.
