Urban Landscapes Lecture; One Madison 60 Percent Sold

UPPER EAST SIDE—Architectural historians and critics Robin Lynn and Francis Morrone, authors of the newly-published Guide to New York City Urban Landscapes, which focuses on "the less obvious [New York City landmarks]—the city's low-scale open spaces, as inspiring as those found in nature," will be giving an illustrated lecture at The Arsenal at 830 Fifth Avenue on November 20. The talk will cover landscapes from 19th century cemeteries to Midtown atriums, and costs $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers. [CurbedWire Inbox]

FLATIRON—Related announced that One Madison, where Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen just bought a $14 million condo, is already over 60 percent sold, and also unveiled a new blockbuster unit to go along with the $50 million triplex we'd already gotten a gander at—a $37.5 million duplex on the 55th and 56th floors, with a total 6,620-square-feet of living space.
