Another day, another new building for the Hudson Yards neighborhood. BuzzBuzz Home spotted newly filed plans for a 12-story mixed-use building at 411 West 35th Street, currently home to a parking lot. The architect of record is Ariel Aufgang, who is also designing a hotel in the area. The building will have 187 residences in 162,911-square-feet, plus 908-square-feet of community space and 14,5860 square-feet of commercial. The site is adjacent to Dyer Avenue, which may some day be turned into a pocket park.
