How Much For A 1BR Co-Op In A Brooklyn Heights Walk-Up?

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR/1BA co-op in Brooklyn Heights
Square feet: 500+
Maintenance/CC: $909
The Skinny: This charming one-bedroom a few blocks from Brooklyn Bridge Park has great moldings, inlay floors, and a wood-burning fireplace. It's also a fairly decent size and has two walk-in closets, though we are guesstimating the square footage from the floorplan. Being on the "top floor" with "tree-top views" sounds lovely, but the major downside is that it's a walk-up, and the monthly fees aren't insignificant. Given all that, how much is the seller asking?
