After nearly two years on the market, the possibly house at 104 East 10th Street, a piece of William Gottlieb's empire, finally sold in February for $3.5 million. The original listing for the dilapidate house touted the buyer's ability to make a dream home, but now it looks like it will be developed into a multi-unit building. There's a new TOWN sign out front advertising apartments, and the latest listing said the building could be expanded with additional air rights. [EVG; previously]
