A tipster spotted this rendering on the construction fence at 208 Delancey Street (as a sidenote, we are huge fans of this new rule). The 12-story condo building designed by architect Michael Kang, who has something of an ignominious history, so it's not particularly surprising that there are two partial (largely indecipherable) Stop Work Orders on the site, one having to do with an elevator shaft and the other mentioning something about "weather requirement." As for the building itself, it doesn't really look like much but it is very large, so there's that. According to DOB permits, it will contain 69 apartments and an 8,352-square-foot community facility.
