Prospect-Lefferts Gardens Gentrification Watch

New, 1 comment

The Vice President of Ariel Property Advisors has written an article for the Brooklyn Eagle about how Prospect-Lefferts Gardens "has been discovered" by developers. (The developers were voyaging to Prospect Heights when headwinds pushed them south. They landed in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, and, noticing its proximity to the park and major medical centers, planted the flag of Development on its shore and set about interrogating the locals as to where they kept their gold.) Currently there are eight new rental and condo projects in the works for the neighborhood known mostly for its century-old townhouses. [Brooklyn Eagle, via Brownstoner; previously]
