How Much For A 1BR Duplex With Two Fireplaces On the UWS?

New, 29 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR/1BA co-op on the Upper West Side
Square feet: 750
Maintenance/CC: $947
The Skinny: The highlights of this cozy one-bedroom duplex are the two wood-burning fireplaces, a wood and wrought-iron spiral staircase, and the recently renovated kitchen with custom cabinets. There's also a small balcony, but it's not pictured, and the unit has hardwood floors and 11-foot ceilings throughout. It's in a small co-op building (just seven units) that does not allow pets, and while we never give the location, the UWS is large, so we'll tell you that this place is north of the Natural History Museum and less than two block from Central Park. How much is the seller asking?
