New Looks At Extell's One Riverside Park, Where Sales Loom

New, 17 comments

As we await the rather delayed official sales launch of One Riverside Park, the last Riverside South project to grace the West Side waterfront, let's make do with some new renders of the 219-condo project, shall we? (Thanks, tipster.) Designed by Goldstein, Hill & West Architects with interiors by Shamir Shah Design, check out never-before-viewed angles of 50 Riverside Boulevard's limestone base and very, very glassy top, plus a slew of apartment renderings with hints at the Hudson River views.

There are also sneak peeks at the amenity spaces, including a pool, a (natch) La Palestra gym, and a screening room in which a bunch of guys seem very excited about group-watching a sporting event. Not pictured, unfortunately, are the 38-foot rock-climbing wall, full-size basketball and squash courts, two-lane bowling alley and club lounge, and golf simulator. Reminder about the pricing: the one- to seven bedrooms range from $1 million to over $25 million. Though reps said sales launched in November, the official website is still stuck in the teaser stage, and there are no public listings to be found. Occupancy is slated for 2015.
