Marc Jacobs co-founder and president Robert Duffy swapped his West Village townhouse for a smaller West Village townhouse in 2011. Now he's ready to upgrade again and, according to the Post, is in contract to buy the four-story elevator townhouse at 62 West 12th Street, which was most recently listed for $10.5 million. The restored 1839 townhouse includes a glass atrium and a large backyard, and handily defeated another West 12th Street townhouse in a Real Estate Deathmatch earlier this year. Duffy's current house, just across the street at 35 West 12th, will go back on the market.
