This $25,000/month rental in 1 East 62nd Street, the Lenox Hill condo building where Joan Rivers rules with an iron fist, is probably a great place to live if you're one of these goats, because there is a fainting couch at every turn. To be fair, Rivers' penthouse in the building, which we once described as "a French neo-Classical acid trip," is exponentially more ridiculous, so maybe this place is more of a French neo-Classical Ambien trip, or a ...
