The battle over the relocation of substance abuse treatment center New Directions in Boerum Hill may be over, but neighborhood NIMBYs are getting last licks. The CB has stipulated that in order to move to the new Atlantic Avenue location, the facade of New Directions—currently located at nearby 202 Flatbush Avenue—must be "in line with the retail nature of the street."
