Leo-Graced 'Wolf Of Wall Street' Penthouse Set Wants $6.5M

New, 13 comments

A 2,500-square-foot penthouse at the Milan Condominium—where the Leonardo DiCaprio-played finance fraudster who is the title character in Martin Scorsese's upcoming movie The Wolf of Wall Street resides—is on the market, asking $6,495,000. Despite appearances by the Milan on such TV shows as Gossip Girl, The Good Wife, and Curb Your Enthusiasm, the well-publicized 31st-floor apartment has nonetheless been on the market since September, undergoing a temporary 5 percent PriceChop before bringing its ask back up to the $6.5M mark in mid-November. In one scene from the 90s-set film, a character is held over the edge of its balcony after a fistfight... though that kind of action-packed suspense is not necessarily reflected in the staged decor. Million Dollar Listing New York broker Ryan Serhant and his team have the listing.
