Permits Filed, New Renderings Revealed For Park Slope Rental

New, 25 comments

The first renderings for the McDonald's-replacing rental building on Brooklyn's "canyon of mediocrity" surfaced in October, and now Brownstoner reports that building permits have been filed for the ODA-designed structure at 275 Fourth Avenue. 'Stoner also has two new renderings and a few more details. It's being developed by Silverstone Property Group and Adam America Real Estate, and it will have 78 units, plus 4,476 square feet of commercial space and 300-square-feet of community space. Previously, it was reported that it would have 6,000-square-feet of retail space. Adam America's website says the building will be high-end rentals with a part-time doorman, tenant lounge, private gym, roof deck, and personal storage space.
