New, 13 comments

CROWN HEIGHTS—Yet another large residential building is coming to Crown Heights, this one courtesy of the Rabsky Group (who also developed new Williamsburg rental building 146 South 4th Street) and architect Karl Fischer (who you've met). 564 St. Johns Place will be eight stories tall and feature 172 apartments. It will be taking the place of a parking garage. [BuzzBuzz]

UPPER EAST SIDE—The Rising Waters exhibit at the Museum of the City of New York, which featured professional and amateur photos from Hurricane Sandy, proved so popular that the museum is hosting a special presentation to complement the exhibition, Rising Waters 2.0, on December 27-29.
