Yesterday developer Edward Minskoff declared that his lovingly (?) nicknamed death star would be completely leased by the end of January. One major tenant was revealed today: St. John's University, which is moving from lower Manhattan and planning to build classrooms, meeting space, administrative offices, and a new library over 71,000 square feet at 51 Astor Place.
