21 West 20th Street's Triplex Penthouse Will Cost $35 Million

New, 9 comments

Pricing has been released for the penthouses in the Gale International-developed, Beyer Blinder Belle-designed 21W20 at 21 West 20th Street. Penthouses 1 and 2, both between 4,500 and 5,000 square feet, will cost $13.25 million and $15 million, respectively, slightly lower than previous reports had indicated. The real star of the show, however, is Penthouse 3/4—a potential combination of Penthouses 3 and 4 (duh). That 5BR/6.2BA triplex would weigh in at a massive 6,910 square feet, with an additional 2,648 square feet of private terraces, and is priced at $35 million. It includes, naturally, a rooftop hot tub. The as-of-yet uncombined units are not currently being offered separately, but, going by old pricing details, they would cost a total of around $10 million less if each one was purchased individually. Pricing for the other eight units has yet to be released.
