The sale has yet to hit public records, but according to Streeteasy music mogul/ex-X Factor judge L.A. Reid has found a buyer for his 5,000-square-foot 515 Park Avenue apartment. The 10-room pad, which carries some hefty $14,805 monthly costs, was listed in May for $18.9 million and never cut its asking price.
