2) Williamsburg: A very determined Carl McCoy plans to reopen Gwynnett Street tonight, albeit just its bar and at limited capacity. The restaurant has been closed since last week, when chef Owen Clark and the rest of the staff walked out following McCoy's arrest on drug charges.
3) Union Square: All'Onda, named one of the most anticipated restaurants of 2013, will actually open in 2013... barely. Despite delays, it's slated to start serving up Venetian fare on December 30.
4) Upper East Side: Here's a look around the space that once held the iconic and beloved Elaine's, now newly opened as The Writing Room. The kitchen has also been updated, and the owners plan to offer better food than the notoriously terrible fare of the original.
