A 23-story, 120-unit mixed-use building will rise at 54 Fulton Street, led by site owners The Brauser Group and prolific architecture firm Goldstein, Hill & West. The site at the corner of Fulton and Cliff, currently a parking garage, has been controlled by Brauser, who own many, since the 1980s. The new building, complete with walls for the first time, will also include nearly 6,000 square feet of commercial space as well as storage, bicycle parking, a gym, a lounge, and a game room. DoB fillings indicate that the building may also include low-income housing. [BuzzBuzzHome]
