New York Magazine writer Steve Fishman tells us all about Axl Rose renting out his 5,300-square-foot, mostly undergound Tribeca pad. The Guns N' Roses frontman wanted space but not light (you read that right), and despite misgivings about the place getting trashed based on the rocker's well-publicized earlier shenanigans, Fishman moved to Brooklyn and became a landlord. He needn't have worried. Rose was, apparently, "the best tenant ever." [Vulture]
